Nepal Multi Sports Adventure

  • Trip Duration: 11 Days
  • Activity Level: Easy

  • Group Size: 1-10 Pax
  • Trip Budget: $ 1399

Trip Overview

Nepal Multi Sports Adventure is the only trip which has all in one, such as sightseeing, rafting, paragliding, biking, bungee jumping, bird watching, and jungle safari. It also includes a visit to the UNESCO World Heritage Sites of the two districts of Nepal, such as Kathmandu and Bhaktapur and takes us to the famous viewpoint of Pokhara, like Sarangkot, which offers a panoramic sweep of the Himalayan peaks, for examples Dhaulagiri (8167m), Machhapuchhare (6997m) and Annapurna II (7937m). Nepal Multi Sports Adventure also consists of biking in a single track through a paddy field, villages, uphill and downhill in the valley of Kathmandu, where we will also visit its temples. During paragliding, we will be flying in the sky, enjoying the splendid scenarios of the mountains, such as Annapurna, Manaslu, Dhaulagiri and so on. Mahendra Cave which we visit is one of the major tourist attractions of Pokhara. This cave is amazing and has various natural shapes and images of  Hindu gods and goddess, made of limestone.

We will also drive along the winding road that passes through hills and valleys and that runs on the banks of the Trishuli River. Rafting on the Trishuli River is an excellent opportunity to observe what lie just outside the valley of Kathmandu, such as the diversity of demography, landscapes, cultures, flora, and fauna. We will also visit the Chitwan National Park, which is renowned for the protection of the endangered one-horned rhinoceros and the Royal Bengal Tiger. There, we will do an elephant ride, walk through dense grassland and come across wild buffaloes, wild boar, deer, and so on. Besides this, we will also be taken to the Rapti River for bird watching and gharial crocodiles. We may also have an opportunity to bathe an elephant in a shed in the Chitwan National Park.пример медийной рекламывизаФокин пушокMICE supplierботинки женские осенькакую посуду нельзя ставить в микроволновкупосуда тима

Causes of Altitude Mountain Sickness:
  • Altitude mountain sickness is caused by reduced of air pressure with lower oxygen levels at high altitude.
  • The faster you climb to a high elevation, more likely you will get altitude or acute mountain sickness (AMS).
  • Difficulty in sleeps.
  • Dizziness or light-headed.
  • Fatigue.
  • Headache.
  • Loss of appetite.
  • Nausea or vomiting.
  • Rapid pulse (heart rate).
  • Shortness of breath with exertion.
  • Altitude mountain sickness is easier to treat in the early stage.
  • The main treatment for all forms of mountain sickness is to go down (descend) towards lower altitude as fast you can with support of our guide and staff.
  • Extra oxygen should be given, if available.
  • People with severe altitude mountain sickness should be admitted to a hospital or evacuated by any means of transportation the fastest is by Helicopter.
  • Remarkable Adventure Trek suggests you Polyacrylamide (Diamox) because this medicine helps you to feel better if you are trekking in high altitude areas.
  • It also helps you to reduce mild symptoms. This medicine works best when you take it before you start gaining much higher altitude. Beside our advice please consol with your doctor.
 While climbing higher elevation:
  • Drink plenty of fluids (water-plain black tea-lemon-tea or nutritional value drinks).
  • Avoid alcohol
  • Eat a lot of garlic’s (this is local way fighting altitude).
  • You should avoid high altitudes if you have heart or lung disease.
