Remarkable Adventure Trek a certified and well received as a Trekking and Travel Company by Nepal Government Tourism Department. A leading and rising company of Nepal with friendly environment conscious dedicated in providing the best quality services and safe enjoyable holidays to its customers in Nepal Himalaya and beyond neighboring countries of Bhutan and Tibet.

Nepal Trip Booking & Changes:

In order to book a trip, you must send Remarkable Adventure Trek a form filled with full details of your passport and trip chose including 30 % non-refundable of chosen trip amount. After receiving your passport details with scanned or photocopy, along with booking forms, then Remarkable Adventure Trek will send you a confirmation with deposit receipt. Please contact Remarkable Adventure Trek regarding direct deposit to our bank account. As well for Credit Card payment, we accept Visa or Master Card with extra 04 % surcharge or as a levy charge.

Nepal Trip Booking, Cancellation & Booking Changes:

Trip cancellation is to be made two weeks and minimum of Ten days prior to your arrival in Nepal and must be made in writing.
(I) Cancellation shall be valid only after notice has been received by Remarkable Adventure Trek. The Trip will be termed as canceled and the cancellation charge is 30% which would be deducted from the advance payment.

(II) There will be no refund that provides CANCELLATION NOTICE in less than Ten days, and if he or she leaves a trip for any reason whatsoever purpose, either voluntarily or involuntarily, Remarkable Adventure Trek will not refund or reimburse him or her.

(III) If you are prevented from traveling by a genuine circumstance or reasons, for examples, death, injury or serious illness of the passenger, close relative or friend, redundancy or jury service, you may postpone or transfer your trip to another person, provided he or she meets all the requirements relating to respective tour chosen and accepted.

Nepal Passport & Visas:

Where all clients must have a valid passport with at least 6 months validity. Nepalese visas can be obtained on arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu, Nepal.

Bhutan Trip Booking & Payment:

In order to book Bhutan trips, you must send TRIP BOOKING FORM prior to 30 days with 40 % Payment in advance. This payment should be done per person. For direct deposit in our bank account, please contact Remarkable Adventure Trek, which has the right to cancel your trip in case you do not pay on time. Remarkable Adventure Trek also accepts Visa or MasterCard with extra surcharge 04% levy will be added as a processing fee. If possible, Remarkable Adventure Trek will accept your last minute booking prior to 20 days of your arrival date.

Bhutan Cancellation & Booking Changes:

(I) There will be no refund if he or she cancels the trip or leaves the trip for any reason whatsoever. There will also be no refund for any meals, accommodation or services not used.

(II) If you are prevented from traveling, there will be no refund either. You do not have to transfer or postponing options as the Bhutanese government has strict Tourism policies.

(III) BHUTAN VISA-A client must have a passport with at least 6 months validity. As you are unable to obtain a visa to Bhutan, you need to send your passport details to Remarkable Adventure Trek for visa applications at least 45 days prior to your arrival in Nepal.

Tibet Cancellation & Booking Changes:

(I) Cancellation notice is to be sent 20 days prior to our trip departure date and should be in writing. Cancellation shall be valid only after the approval from Remarkable Adventure Trek and after the deduction of 50% of the trip amount send to Remarkable Adventure Trek as an advance payment.

(ii) There will be no refund to clients who provide cancellation notice in less than
20 days. There will also be no refund to clients if he or she leaves a trip for any reason whatsoever, either voluntarily or involuntarily, Remarkable Adventure Trek will not refund him or her.

(III) If you are prevented from traveling by a genuine circumstance, for examples, death, injury or serious illness of the passenger, close relative or friend, redundancy or jury service, you may postpone or transfer your trip to another person, provided he or she meets all the requirements relating to that tour. A fee of $100.00US per person is required if you postpone or transfer this tour no less than four weeks prior to a trip departure date, if less than 30 days, there will be no refund.

Tibet Passport & Visas:

You must have a valid passport with at least 6 months validity from a return date. As you are unable to obtain a visa to Tibet, you need to send your passport details to Remarkable Adventure Trek for a visa, for this, Remarkable Adventure Trek requires your passport at least 20 days prior to your departure date.

For credit card payments, 3.5% extra will be levied as a credit card processing fee.

Risk and Liabilities:

All Nepal and Bhutan trips are conducted under the strict rules and regulations of the tourism board of respective countries. Remarkable Adventure Trek is not liable for any change or cancellation of the trip under unavoidable circumstances like a change in rules and regulations of the respective country of travel, government restrictions, natural disasters, political instability, cancellation of flight, delay, sickness or accident, the breakdown of the vehicle, etc. Any extra cost incurred due to such circumstances shall be borne by the clients themselves. Therefore, travel insurance is highly recommended.

Postpone the trip:

A written notice should be sent to us 30 days prior to the trip departure date. In the case of postponing of Nepal trips, minimum USD 150 will be charged as a current trip cancellation charge and the remaining amount will be transferred for the postponed trip.

Incomplete Tour:

Remarkable Adventure Trek is not liable for any refunds or compensation in case of any incomplete tour, trek or expedition whatever the reason.

Unforeseen Circumstances:

If your trip gets canceled due to any unforeseen circumstances like natural disasters, war or unfavorable climatic conditions, Remarkable Adventure Trek will arrange another trip for you. So, even if your trip will be not the one you choose, your money will not go in vain.

Your personal belongings:

Remarkable Adventure Trek is not liable for any damage or loss of your luggage or property. They are at your own risk. During the tour In case you commit any unlawful act during your tour which compels you to leave Nepal, Remarkable Adventure Trek will not refund you the amount paid.
